The Beautiful Life New Year’s Eve Dinner
Chef Angelo will be preparing a multi-course menu with paired with Champagnes from one of the most exciting houses, Beau Joie.
4 Course Dinner - 5pm Seating
Guests of the 5pm seating will enjoy a progressive 4-course experience. Final ingredients subject to market availability dietary restrictions accommodated with advance notice tax and service charge additional.

New Year's Day Champagne Punch Brunch
Begin the new year in style with our Beau Joie Champagne Punch Brunch from 11am-1pm in Tía Carmen. The experience is $85 and includes the full Mercado experience, a seafood plateau, bottomless champagne punch, and a special dessert.

About Angelo Sosa
Chef Angelo's passion for food and quality is contagious, making him a household name in a competitive industry. His culinary work has taken him from 3-star kitchens in Europe to the street-food stalls of Southeast Asia.
A protégé of Jean-George Vongerichten, Angelo has worked with some of the industry's most renowned restaurateurs, including Alain Ducasse, Stephen Starr and Masaharu Morimoto.
He has been a senior or consulting chef for such diverse restaurants as Jean-Georges, Spice Market, Buddakan, and Morimoto in New York, and Le Louis XV in Monaco. Angelo is familiar to many from his three seasons competing on Top Chef, as well as appearances on numerous other television shows including HBO Max's Selena + Chef. Angelo was a founding chef and partner in the Michelin-listed Anejo Restaurants in NY. He has written two cookbooks, Flavor Exposed and Healthy Latin Eating, which drew inspiration from his Dominican heritage.

Blaine Ashley aka "Champagne Blaine" is the founder of New York Champagne Week which launched in 2013. Popping off in NYC annually in November, the week’s events spotlight the champagne lifestyle through a variety of creative events, pairing experiences, brand launches, new release reveals, interactive tastings and
effervescent, glitterati packed parties.
In 2020, New York Champagne launchd year-round events dubbed "NYCW365" and expanded across the US through a virtual event footprint.
About Nicole Velez
Nicole Velez, an industry veteran, brings over twenty years of experience in the food and wine industry. While pursuing a Masters in Education, Nicole Velez was bit by the hospitality bug and abandoned her teaching career for food and wine.
Shortly after graduating, Nicole found herself at the helm of Michael Mina's Seablue at The Borgata Hotel & Casino. Starting as a captain, a position that opened her eyes (and heart) to the world of wine, Nicole discovered her true love in her first sip of a 1969 DRC Domaine de la Romanee-Conti La Tache Grand Cru.
